• Farmers and Growers: Tree trimming and pruning demonstrations, information
  on cultivating mango, fruit displays, mango tastings and mango tree
  and fruit sales and much more!

• Moana Lani Spa Table: Guests will be able to purchase the luscious and refreshing
  Sir Aubrey White Lion mango iced tea with a fragrance and flavor of fresh ripe mango – it comes with a Moana Lani Spa keepsake item!

• Mango Food Demonstration: Grand Salon, Guest Speaker:  Hector Wong
  
• Chocolate Mango Oblivion Cake, 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
• How to decorate a cake with Mango, 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

  • Mango 101: Introduction to Mangoes, Lani Kai from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
    Guest Speakers: Heidi Bornhorst and Mark Suiso
    Designed for the consumer.  Learn about the different varieties of mango (textures and aromas), how to grow mango, how to peel a mango, preserving and preparing mango and other general information pertaining to the mango.
    
    
  • Mango 501: Mango for the "Seasoned", Lani Kai from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Advanced Course; Guest Speakers: Steve Nimz and Jana Bogs
    Best practices in growing a mango tree, pruning techniques, production, how to maintain a tree, managing for disease and other pertinent information on the care of mango growing.
